Question
Good Afternoon Don,

I plead guilty to Grand Larceny in 2005 in the state of New York, ( Misdemeanor). I received 5 years probation and had to pay $250 in restitution. I am in my late 30s and am a first time offender with no jail time. I haven't gotten into trouble since then. I am planning to move to Virginia in late 2010 and wanted to apply for my CCW permit. I would like to know the procedures and wonder do I stand a chance in being approved. I would hate to waste my time and money. Please give me some direction- Thanks in advance for your help- Eve......

Answer
If your conviction is a misdemeanor you are good in Virginia.  Infact I have everything you need to receive your permit email me in return at armorsecenfinc@aol.com.  I will send you the permit application and the online CCW class needed in Virginia.

Good Luck
