I was charged and convicted of 1st degree child mol. and I have just recently finished my parole, treatment and all. I have been labeled as a lvl 2 sex offender in the state of Washington and I am doing an assignment for my Speaking Skills class, I'm a senior. I need to know more information on gun rights, if they are able to be regained, how to do it, and possibly if there is anyone else in my kind of "position" as well.

You must have had an attorney for your previous experience within the Criminal Justice system as a Level 2 Sex Offender (http://ml.waspc.org/FAQ.aspx#Level2).

In order to regain your Second Amendment Rights, you would need a Certificate of Relief from Disabilities. That doesn't appear likely at your level, so you should consult your attorney on this matter.
