hello, i live in PA,in 1992 i got possesin of a controlled substance, i got a dui in 2000. in 2002 i lived in Wyoming. i got a domestic violence in WY.i moved back to PA in 2003. in 2004 i got a "2nd dui" but i was not drinking i was just driving under a dui suspended licence. will these offences keep me from owning a firearm and will i be able to have my full rights restored ?

If I were you and owning a firearm was not going to make me a lot of money I would forget about it.  You have two of the hardest cases to get restoration of rights for, then on top of that you have a DUI and another driving under a suspended license because of a DUI and you are talking two different states.  You will first have to get full restoration of rights in the court of common pleas in Pa.  Then in Wyoming get full restoration of rights for the Domestic Violence conviction.  Then you will have to wait for about 5 years to lapse since your DUI conviction and may have to get restoration of rights for that as well.  Depending on the state. If you are successful with the full restoration of rights process then you still have to get a carry concealed weapons permit because you will be a convicted felon with restoration of rights. This process may cause you to hire a good civil rights Lawyer.  $$$
