hi i wanted to know will i be able to get a permit to buy a handgun or get a ccw in  detroit michigan wayne county i have one felony for drugs i was giving probation which i completed in june 2006 i have been in no other trouble am also in a wheelchair now

If your situation is such that you require Private Consultation, pony up and retain an attorney.

And since this is a Criminal Justice question, not a Second Amendment question, you will need to consult with an attorney in your area familiar with the process of obtaining a Certificate of Relief from Disabilities. (This has nothing to do with you being in a wheelchair.)

You are, after all, a convicted felon.
