Question
i live in ct and was convicted of selling marijuana.and want to know how to get my rights back for a handgun.i was asked to do jury dutiy filled out the card they mailed me and told them no i cant do it because of the charge but they said they have no record. when i did a background check on my self my felon charge comes up so what can i do

Answer
You have to apply for full restoration of rights in the state of CT.
You have to find out the process in CT. by returning to the courts where you was convicted and or doing an oline search.  Some states use executive clemency boards, Dept. of parole/probation, or a board of pardons.  Some states have downloadable applications as well.
