Question
if i am a felon but am very concerned about the way people are behaving these days and i really want to be able to protect my family  what can i do to have my right to bear arms restored rapidly

Answer
You have to apply for FULL restoration of rights in the state where you was convicted.  This won't happen rapidly. Some states have executive clemency boards, Dept. of Parole/Probation, Board of Pardons and Parole.  You would have to research which process your state uses.
