2nd Amendment and Right to Bear Arms/Felon and Gun Rights

Question
"Although the question remains as to why a law-abiding person… as attested to by her having a Concealed Weapons license/permit… would want to take up residence with a convicted felon."

First of all, that answer to the to that question, was downright FOUL!!! How dare you insinuate prejudice towards convicted Felons. Not all Felons are bad people. Some people make mistakes, ya know. Your small minded way of thinking is what makes it difficult for people who have messed up to turn their lives around. You operate with extreme prejudice and should be removed from this site.

And just incaes you didn't know, not all people who have felonies on their record still commit crimes, and not all people who commit crimes have felonies records!!!

You are truly an IDIOT!!!!

Answer
The answer which you find so objectionable was far from "FOUL!!!" It was well-considered and very much on point, starting with the risk the Concealed Weapons licensee runs from co-habiting with an admitted "Convicted Felon."

Far from being, as you aver, "small minded," the answer looks at a much larger picture, one which, in the throes of your ad hominem screed, you fail to see.

"People who have messed up" and subsequently "turn their lives around," are able to obtain a Certificate of Relief from Disabilities and in so doing reduce, if not actually remove, the opprobrium of being a "Convicted Felon."

As far as "extreme prejudice," you must have heard that on a TV show somewhere because you don't have Clue the First as to what it means.

So get off your high horse and don't be parading around here as "The Saint!"

O, and one more thing, mind your own business if you don't have the critical thinking skills to understand an answer by someone far more qualified than you to respond to a question.

Your closing blather is just that: lip-quivering irrelevant blather that wouldn't even make it as a Sampler.
