Question
Is it possible for someone in the Reserves to get an exemption for a right to carry (Military weapon)for a class c felony?

Answer
If you receive a waiver to enter the Military with a felony you are only allowed to carry a Military issued weapon while on duty and for duty purposes.  You must receive full restoration of rights and receive a firearm permit in order to carry concealed for defense.
