How long do i need to wait until i can apply for rights restoration I have a felony dui and 2 drug convictions.
You can apply for voting rights as soon as you are released from supervision, thats if you don't live in a state that automatically restores voting rights. As far as firearm rights with 3 felonies forget about it no Judge will ever sign Executive Clemency for anyone with 3 felonies.
