Question
Questions is concerning a 16 yr vacation from any criminal convictions (non more than class C felony) no weapons or violence involved. 10 yrs off any kind of supervision. What are the chances of getting rights back? Reside in Wa. Have an attorney that with the right retainer says he can get them is it a waste of time & money?

Answer
It is not a waste of time and money.  There are several people with full restoration of rights after a felony conviction.  As long as you don't have a federal, or domestic violence conviction you can regain your firearm rights either by pardon, executive clemency, expungement, certificate of relief, having your conviction set aside or reduced to misdemeanor.
