why can't you answer my question

I'm sorry, I can't help with that. WHY

MY Question was:

I have a felony attempting to elude and I want to go hunting can I have a rifle so I can go hunting if not what can I do to get those privileges back

You are getting me confused with another expert account this is the first time I'm getting your question.  If you have a felony, NO you can't have a firearm not even to hunt.  You must get full restoration of rights in the state where you was convicted.  Read Federal firearm code 18. U.S.C 921 (A) Restoration of Rights.
