2nd Amendment and Right to Bear Arms - BOW & Restoration

Expert: n/a - 8/19/2009

Question
My husband has an F5 conviction in Ohio. He wants to hunt with a Bow and needs to know if that is allowed? Also Who does he have to petition in order to try to get his record expunged. This is not a federal felony just a state felony

Answer
You have to go to the court where you was convicted and petition for restoration of rights.  Every state is different so you must find out the procedures in your state.
I don't have any information on Bows I only deal with firearm questions.

Good Luck
