Question
IN 2005 I WAS ARRESTED FOR VIOLATING AN UNLICENSE FIRE ARM (VUFA) IN PENNSYLVANIA I WAS SENTENCED TO 4 YEARS OF PROBATION CHARGE WAS 1ST DEGREE OF A MISDEMEANOR NOW I AM BOUT TO GET OFF OF PROBATION IN A FEW MONTHS I WAS WONDERING CAN I BUY A HAND GUN WITH THIS CHARGE ?

Answer
According to Federal Firearm codes you are not restricted from fireams with a
misdemeanor unless it's domestic violence.  On the other hand some states add
their own firearm restrictions for certain misdemeanors.  If I were you I would
call the Pa. State Police directly and ask.

Good Luck
