Questionin 98 iwas convicted in va for grand larcenybut ive always resided in nc.i served 2 years and have no other felonies anywhere.since the conviction was in va ,do i need gun rights in va to get them in nc?worse yet do i need civil rights restored in both states to get my gun rights?13 years was suspended on a 15 yr sentence when i was convicted. iread up on line and they want everything but my first born i just want to go hunting again.oh if my driving record helps in your answer it sucks,no license since 94.i appreciate any answer good or bad.
AnswerSorry, read NC firearm regulations. NC does not allow anyone with a felony to own or possess
a firearm in their state. You must get a Pardon from VA that is the only way to carry in NC.
