I have a federal record from 13 years ago theres was no drugs or guns involved white collar crime.
How can i get my gun rights back.
I have been cleared to work at an airport

#1: this is not a Second Amendment question, but a Criminal Justice matter.

#3: In order to restore your Second Amendment Rights, you would need to obtain a Certificate of Relief from Civil Disabilities as it is known in certain jurisdictions. I would start with an inquiry to the attorney who represented you on the original charge, and get a pointer from him or her as they would not only be familiar with the particulars of the original charge, but have a better understanding of the avenue of relief and how best for you to pursue it.
