Answer
Of course you can get a lawyer to help you out. Why do you think you couldn't?

Open up your local phone book, or do an Internet search, and look for the listing of your local bar association's attorney referral service. Call them and ask them for the name of a lawyer who can help you with clearing up your criminal record and with your CCW permit application.
