15 years ago I received a receiving stolen property charge in Pa. it was a misdameanor but carried a 2 year maximum sentence. 3 years after the charge, I purchased a handgun with no problems. Now recently, I went to purchase another handgun and I am told I cannot because of the charge. Am I legally allowed to own my rifles and shotguns and the handgun I already have now?
