theres a gun show coming to my town in Florda. I was wondering if i could buy a gun from an unlicensed dealer? like buyer to buyer. Iam little cautous because you never know a firearms history

Thanks for asking. At a gun show most of the sellers are obligated to run your record (form 4473) through the NICS insta check system even if the they are unlicensed. So yes you may buy one but still have to follow the same rules as if you bought one in a store.
