I was a convicted felon in 1994, my probation ended in 1999. I was told that 10 yrs from 1999, which would make it 2009 I get my rifle rights back in Ky. Is this true?

Why are you asking this here, Mark? This is the Second Amendment topic, not the convicted-felon-but-now-I'm-off-probation-can-I-get-a-rifle topic.

What are "rifle rights?" Who told you that? Did you ever thing of asking the Court who put you on probation this question? Have you hired an attorney familiar with Kentucky Criminal Law to look into this for you?
