Hi the I live in California and I was wondering what happiness if you are denied from buying a gun if you are taking anti depressants.If you were denied,how can you fight to get a firearm.
Is there a process you go through?

Thanks for asking. California has very restrictive gun laws. However Federal Law prohibits drug users from purchasing firearms. If your anti depressant is prescription then it may not be any problem.  If it does cause a problem get legal help.
