I was charged with a CDS in October of 2009. Is there anything I can do to keep my right to bear arms in Maryland?

Thanks for asking. Federal firearm laws prohibit ownership if you have drug charges on your record. In order to restore your rights, you have to file to expunge or pardon your record.
This may require legal assistance.
