i was wondering how to get my gun rights back i am not a felon but ive had a domestic violence in my past and its been over ten years since then and have no priors since ive been married 5 years and have not been in any trouble

Thanks for asking. Even though you do not have a felony charge, a DV conviction will also prevent you from owning firearms. IMHO you need legal help to expunge or pardon the DV record. After that is done you should be able to purchase a firearm.
