2nd Amendment and Right to Bear Arms/question

Question
I have a friend who lives in southern NV and her 2 yr old son shot himself through the leg, abdomen and arm (one shot)with a loaded handgun that he found in the night stand of the room where he was laid down to take a nap.  Both my friend and her husband are being charged on felony charges because 6 loaded weapons were found in their house.  Do you know anything that can help them or any web sights I could look at or anything that will help at all.  Thanks

Answer
Kaleigh,

Thanks for asking. At this point a good firearms rights attorney would be most beneficial. I recommend looking for them on line or by looking in your local area phone books.

Having loaded weapons in the house should not be grounds for felony charges. IMHO, negligence for leaving the loaded firearm near their son would be more appropriate.

Best regards,

Dan
