My question is in Indiana if you are convicted of a misdomeaner battery do you lose your right to bear arms even if you have no other criminal history?

Your question is in the wrong topic! It's not a Second Amendment question, but one of Criminal Justice. Don't you know the difference?

With that out of the way, if your "misdomeaner{sic} battery" involved Domestic Violence, then under the Lautenberg Law your Second Amendment Rights are forfeit.

Best thing for you to do is see an attorney.
