Will a undesirable discharge from the Navy in 1970 prevent gun ownership.

Thanks for asking. When filling out the ATF 4473 form, I think that there is a question that you must answer, that says "Have you been dishonorably discharged from the military?"

Answering "Yes" to that question prohibits you from being able to purchase or own a firearm.
