Question
I plead guilty to a domestic assault misdemeanor 2005 in the state of Iowa no weapons used. Now in Missouri trying to start a career in law enforcement. Will a pardon help get my rights back or is there no way this can happen because it's a conviction?

Additionally, you fall under the Lautenberg Law... you now have a Domestic Violence Conviction, so you are barred from owing or possessing firearms. See an attorney!
