Question
i have tried to by a pistol and been turn down. a couple years ago i bought a 12 G shot gun. anyway they gave me this paper i need to get my prints on and send it to Tallahassee.
i read the back and it said even if they let me threw this time i would have to do every time. thats how i take it
i live in bryceville fl. I was arrested one time and charged with a mist in GA. I had bought a 9mm before that it has been 13 years since then never been in any more trouble. How can i get my pistol buying rights back.Where i can get a concealed license

Thanks for asking, It sounds like you need legal help to get through this maze of rules & regulations here. I know that handguns have more strict guidelines in some states. Whatever charge is preventing your purchase of a pistol needs to be known and then you can seek legal help to get it removed by pardon or to expunge your record. Before you get a CCW you need your handguns rights restored.
