Question
I have a felony conviction from NJ that was expunged and under the Expungment Order the only time that i have to disclose it is if I apply for a Law enforsement Job.  Can i not list that arresst on my pistol license application?

Answer
The application requires you to list all convictions regardless of whether they have been expunged. Failure to list a conviction can be grounds for denial of a license because the applicant did not truthfully complete the application. You may explain the expungement on the application.
