I was convicted of a non-violent felony in Massachusetts in 1977 - I applied for a governor's pardon and was refused - I applied to have the record sealed and was refused - Is there another way to attempt to have my civil rights restored?

The Governor and the Courts must not think you've rehabilitated yourself. Go talk to an attorney.
