2nd Amendment and Right to Bear Arms/Buying Multiple Guns

Question
My wife bought her first gun less than a month ago, now we ordered another gun and had it shipped to our FFL, i see some states have a 1 gun per 30 days law, is Ohio one of them? and also if there is no limit on number of guns owned how can they restrict 1 per month? I would just put it in my name but last time i bought a gun in Feb of this year they gave me a hard time becuase my address on my id was different then where i live now, and im not paying to get a new id if the one i have is not expired.

Answer
Kevin,

Thanks for asking. As far as I know, Ohio does not have 1 gun per month law. I do know that there is a BATF form that allows for multiple handgun purchases. FFL dealers use it at times.

Here is a good article on the one gun per month:

The best thing that law abiding Americans can do is oppose any anti gun laws. The one gun per month would be a restriction of the 2nd amendment right.

As far as your ID when purchasing a gun. It is best to have it all correct or problems happen.

Best regards,

Dan
