Question
Mr. Haynes

I am a combat Vietnam veteran.Diagnosed 100% PTSD disabled. Will this condition certified by VA, prohibit me from owning, purchasing a firearm ,or obtaining a concealed firearm permit?
Respectfully submitted
Thank you for your time

Answer
Roger,

Thanks for asking. Mental conditions will prevent firearm ownership and a CCW. I am not a lawyer, so I recommend you get legal help to see if your condition disqualifies you from firearms ownership.

If certified by the VA I doubt that much can be done.

Best regards,

Dan
