Question
35 years ago got into trouble with marijuana. $100 fine 1 year probation and youthful offender status. Do I have to answer the "arrests" section of the pistol permit application?
Criminal records that are referred to as "sealed" are often still available to the police in connection with their investigation of an application for a firearm license. Failure to answer correctly any question on a firearm license application may result in denial of the application for making a false or misleading statement on the application.
