I was charged and convicted of regulated firearm by prohibited person and served 9 months on 3years, the guns were in my house and they were there because my mom has alzheimers
they were my fathers and grandfathers, my wife brought the guns to the house and they never left the house,i would like to if my rights were violated.I live in prince georges county, md

Why were you a prohibited person? Did you mean you served 9 months of a 3 year sentence? Why were the guns necessary because your Mom had Alzheimer's?

I would need these answered to know if your rights were violated.

I have served a 4 year term as an elected offical on the Montrose Colorado City Council, becoming Mayor in my 4th year. I am well versed on the US Constitution and firearm laws.
