Question
IF YOU WERE CHARGED AND CONVICTED OF BURGLARY IS THERE ANY WAY FOR ME TO EVER GET MY RIGHTS TO CARRY BACK.  THAT WAS A LONG TIME AGO AND IT WAS STUPID,NOW I HAVE A FAMILY AND TWO BABIES AND WHAT WOULD I DO IF SOMEONE BROKE IN MY HOME AND I DIDN'T HAVE PROTECTION.

Answer
Dusty,

Thanks for asking. Even though your charge was a long time ago unless you get your record expunged or pardoned, you will not be able to own a gun. Legal assistance may be necessary to file to clear your record. Congratulations on being straight for so long.

Best regards,

Dan
