2nd Amendment and Right to Bear Arms/Can I own a gun

Question
My husband and I went to purchase a gun, his was delayed I cleared and purchased my gun. I also cleared my background check to carry and conceal in PA. This was at the beginning of February. I received  a phone call from the man that sold us our guns last night and he said that he needs the gun back because I may not own one since my husband was denied. He is not a felon, a few misdemeanors from about five and six years ago. No one seems to be able to answer my question. Can I still own my gun or do I really have to return it?

Answer
Jessica,

Thanks for asking. IMHO you can still own the gun and the gun dealer is putting the cart after the horse. With misdemeanor charges, unless drug or violence related should not affect his record. If you continue to have problems, you may want to get legal help.
