2nd Amendment and Right to Bear Arms/Pawn shop firearm ?

Question
I pawned 2 rifles and then got a assault charge against my wife. I have not been convicted but I went to try to get my rifles back and they would not give them to me. These rifles have sentimental value. What if anything can I do so the pawn shop does not profit from my guns?

Can't my wife pick them up since they are community property?

Answer
Jack,

Thanks for asking.

If your wife has a clean record, yes she can pick them up.If you get convicted of assault you will not be able to own firearms. Then, to clear your record, get legal help to expunge or pardon it.
