Question
QUESTION: I have a non violent felony pending while I am in drug court.  Because of this I am on probation and I know my PO will be doing a home visit.  My soon-to-be stepson is 15 years old and has two rifles.  If they are in a locked gun cabinet which has a glass front is that considered accessible to me?

ANSWER: It IS true… drugs make you stupid!

How can you possibly consider this a Second Amendment question, Justin?

Ask your PO, or, in the alternative, ask the Attorney who is handling your drug arrest and be guided by what he says.

The best bet, though, would be the PO, since he's the one who will violate you if you make a mistake.

QUESTION: Go fuck yourself you punk ass bitch.

Answer
Your intemperate response only serves to validate my previous answer to your inappropriate root question.

But since your anger issues have prevented you from comprehending the important information, I'll reiterate:

#1: Ask your Probation Officer, as he is the one who has the "power" over you at this point, and can violate you.

#2: If he tells you "No guns anywhere in your domicile," then there are decisions to be made on the part of you, your fiancée and your "soon-to-be stepson."

#3: If he tells you this will not be an issue if you adhere to certain guidelines, then your way is clear.

As for your other message in the ratings module, the implied threat of you'd "probably get [your] teeth knocked out for doing it to a man's face," if your P.O. caught up with this, at the very least you'd be in for a counseling session.

Someone under Felony indictment already on probation, is in no position to be making threats of violence… even one "hiding online."

I can answer questions about Handguns, Rifles, Ammunition, the Firearms Industry, the "gunzine game," practical accessories for self-defense (CCW) handguns; rumor control on firearms myths, errata on the "gunshop grapevine."

I am NOT an Attorney, and nothing I provide here should be relied upon as legal advice. Therefore, please do NOT make inquiries about Criminal Justice issues... this is the Second Amendment topic.

Nor do I do "Private Consultations." Want to made it "private," retain an attorney.
