hi Ihave a 6m/m glatt rimfire i can"t find shells for it the name on the gun is j.g.a karabiner and can't find any information on it thanks

Well, you have got yourself a find there!
It's "6mm" for openers, so you should omit the "stroke" or "slash" mark between the double Ms, which are international shortform for "millimeter."
And "glatt" is apparently German for "smooth" or "lubricated," so what you seem to have is a "6mm smoothbore rimfire," or a very old and smallbore shotgun which is "rimfire" like your garden variety ".22" (Short, Long or Long Rifle) as opposed to centerfire as with just about everything else produced for the past 100 years.
The "j.g.a." part is a marking of the respected 150-year-old Anschutz company of Ulm, Germany.
If you're right about the "six" part, I have no idea where you'd find ammo.
If you happened to be looking at it upside down, however, Fiocchi of Italy still offers a 9mm Glatt round.
What you really want to to talk with a bunch of "Crufflers," or holders of Curios and Relics Federal Firearms Licenses… they could set you on a more precise path than I. Here's a starting point: http://www.cruffler.com/
