Question
I understand that you are not a lawyer but I need to ask.
I was convicted of attempted armed robbery not with a firearm in 1993 or 1994 dont really remember. I was released from probation in either 1999 or 2000. I have not done anything to get my rights restored. Because I feel that I want all or nothing. Since being convicted I have not even had a parking ticket is it truley possible to have all my rights restored including 2nd ammendment?

Answer
Yes, it is possible but the process for a violent crime is different from non violent crimes.   Most States such as Virginia and Florida require an interview for Executive Clemency for Violent crimes such as yours.  You will have to check the laws in your State for Restoration of Rights.  Good Luck.
