Question
I was living in colorado as a juvenile and then I moved to Nevada. I tried to buy a rifle and was denied because of the brady law. I looked into it through the highway patrol and they sent me a letter saying "This is to inform you that you have been denied the transfer of a firearm under the brady handgun violence prevention act. A background check was conducted using the information you provided on the federal form 4473. The results of our research indicate that you are prohibited from possesing a firearm for the following reason:   Have been convicted as a juvenile of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year. Per colorado state law, a presidential or governor's pardon is required to restore firearm rights.
What do I do to get my rights back?

Answer
You must at least get a Certificate of Relief from Disabilities or Executive Clemency according to Federal Law.   Some States like North Carolina, Utah and NH you must have a pardon, therefore; if your state requires you to have a full pardon and you have a Juvenile Conviction you must seek professional help from a Lawyer or just appeal the letter stating your conviction does not violate your firearm rights under Federal Law because you was a Juvenile.

Good Luck
