http://rockmerchuniverse.com/311.html has the shirt displayed on their webpage but when i e-mailed them about purchasing the shirt they had told me it is completely sold out almost everywhere and there are no plans of re-stocking it.  I know old 311 is merch is hard to come by and i wasnt expecting an exact solution to my question right away but, over time if you find a site that does have this shirt, please let me know. Thank you.

Thank you for being understanding of the fact that I can't make merch appear :P  Sometimes people message me on here and there just simply isn't that merch they are asking for available.  Then they get upset with me.  What I would suggest is emailing 311 Merch as well.  You can access that page at www.311store.com.  They may be able to tell you if they are ever going to re-release that shirt or not.  I know they do specials around 3/11 and 4/20 usually, and sometimes on other holidays.  Sometimes when they do those specials, they re-release old merch.  That GrassRoots shirt used to be really old merch but then they started selling it on recent tours again.  Now it's gone again!!  It's the tale of 311 merch, right there.

Keep an eye on Ebay too.  If I ever see it on there, I will be sure to come back here and let you know.  

When I get home tonight I'm going to look through a couple more websites to see if I can find anything.  I'll let you know if I do.  

Unfortunately, there is not somewhere that sells them that I know of off the top of my head.  311 Merch is so limited :(
