I like to know what is best 3D design software in the market? for landscape and architecture.

That's a question that can't be answered in a simple fashion - the 'best software' can be very subjective, depending on what you're wanting to do with it.

I suggest you check out different offerings, such as 3D Studio Max and Maya, Blender (which is a free, open-source 3D modeller), or Bryce (primarily used for landscape rendering).
Most of these software packages have free evaluation versions, which you can download and try for a limited time.

Do a web search for 3D modelling software or Landscape rendering software and try to find the one that suits your needs the best.
