Is it possible to ride around in 4 wh dr without knowing it? The light has never worked that is supposed to come on and something happened to the jeep that sounded like a dragging noise and I didn't know if it was possible to blow 4 w/d, and what would happen? Thanks Tom K

Well if it was in 4x4 i am sure that you would be well aware of it being engaged if you turn with it in 4x4 you would notice a slight bind in the front end. The dragging noise that you hear, I cant say for sure what that would be without listening my self, if you need anything else dont be afraid to ask thanks ADAM
