my 89 s10 will not go in 4 wheel drive and when the 4x4 indicator lights up it will blow that fuse

Jerry, sorry for the delay I have had an ill family member so I wasnt able to get back to you right away I would say you have a dead short some where, start by checking the wires on the front diff, and on the transfer case and make sure you have no bare wires or anything like that . thanks ADAM
