Question
When im driving my transfer case will shift in 4x4 when in driving but wont go all the way in it make's noise when im going down the road? i have a new process 208 case im trying to find out how i can stop it from doing this i just restored this truck for my bussiness and have got a 2nd case to fix the problem both cases are doing the same thing? plzs help im ready to junk this truck

Dennis, I have had this happen before , sometimes it has been just the linkage loose, and other times its been that the forks inside the transfer case have been wore causing the gears to jump and not work properly , check the linkage first though I will ask my dad if he has had any other problems with this as well thanks ADAM
