Question
Hello, I am trying to find the title of a song that I believe is from the 1950s with the words 'experience not necessary', we believe it was sung by a songstress during this time. A friend's mother is sick and she sang this song in the 50's, we are trying to get a copy for her but don't know anything else about the song. Any ideas?

Answer
The reason you didn't find it was that you looked for "experience _not_ necessary." Actually, the words (and the title of the song) were "experience _unnecessary_," and Sarah Vaughan sang it. The lyrics, if you need them, are all over the Net, though I'm not sure where you could but a copy of the song.
