Hi are you familiar with the Song Ponytail? I believe it was released in the late 50's, perhaps early 60's. Here are some of the lyrics:

I'm sorry. I don't recognize the lyric, and I did some Web searches without any success. So I can't help you. That "sways when she walks, when she talks" reminds me of an earlier question I saw once, which turned out to refer to a song called "What Is Love" by The Playmates. That song's lyric went:
