Question
The only lyric I can remember from this song is Stay With Me or Be With Me, it was from either 1986 or 87 and it was a female singer with a whiny kind of voice.

Hi Den,
There were quite a few songs in the 80's with Stay With Me or Be With Me in them. Do you recall if it was a fast or slow song? I'm going to start with a lesser known one. It's called Stay With Me by a group called Eighth Wonder. The time frame is right and the singer does have kind of a whiny voice.
