Hi again Sebatini,

I forgot to also ask you if you could find me some hip hop music that is not a rap music. I had some that I used to like back on the 80's but I just don't remember titles or even any words. This is for our dance recital, so I'm really looking to find good, clean (no bad language), fast beat and fun music.

hey again melendy, hip hop then was always associated with rap coz as they say hiphop was a lifestyle and rap became it's language, more particularly in the youth culture where you hear rage and rants on the lyrics. Try hearing out songs from Run DMC, the Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, 2 Live Crew and even Queen Latifah who were the popular names in the 80s hiphop scene. Sure you'll get romping beat and sound, and maybe.. well maybe some tamed lyrics in them.

The 80s: a decade where the music was grand. i learned a great deal on the wonderworkings of new wave artists; those pop-rock ditties were remarkable, yet the laid-back love songs were always as good as it was then. as regards artists and their songs,i maybe of help though i'm partial to rap,country,and metal. I am also a smooth jazz junkie and may have infos to take you along a splendid music cruise in our time.
