Hi,

I was looking for a song/title/artist of a song that goes...madeo mama...madeo mama...made eh eh eh yah...it's like an african song...i heard this in a discover channel when they were showing lions and elephants...i heard this
song in the 80's when i was a kid...please help...thanks

hey dennis, i'm not too certain on this but i'd like to give it a shot. the lyrics you gave seem to fit with the lines in the chorus part of the song "Life In A Northern Town" by Dream Academy, a British folk rock group. The song was the opening track to their 1985 debut album,was their biggest hit.

This was also one of my favorite songs in the 80s, i waiting for that to be played over radio stations. Check the lyrics if this is the one, and please let me know.
